Show us what you can build.
We are selecting one hands-on specialist to complete Mail Stop’s customer signup, payments, virtual mailbox onboarding, and follow-up systems—and then help us grow.
Tell us honestly what you have built, share working project examples, and explain your technical approach. Shortlisted applicants will agree with us on a time-bound implementation trial. The decisive evidence is a working, tested system that you can explain and hand over.

Assessment Path
How selection works
- 1
Submit your experience, two project examples, and proposed technical approach.
- 2
Demonstrate your personal contribution and explain the working systems.
- 3
If shortlisted, agree on trial scope, milestones, compensation, access, and deadline before implementation begins.
- 4
Complete the agreed trial and demonstrate the acceptance tests.
- 5
Successful delivery and handover are the main basis for selection, subject to agreeing the ongoing engagement terms.
We are hiring one person. We will assign implementation work to one shortlisted applicant at a time. Submitting this form does not begin a work assignment or authorize access to our systems.
What successful delivery means
- Audit identifies reusable assets, critical defects, dependencies, and a recovery plan.
- Approved pricing is consistent across relevant pages and checkout.
- Signup and subscription records work correctly.
- Successful and failed payments produce the correct outcomes.
- Duplicate events do not create duplicate mailboxes or other unintended actions.
- Innbocks provisioning and status synchronization are traceable and recover from failures.
- Paid, onboarding-pending, and active states remain distinct.
- Incomplete required verification cannot incorrectly activate a mailbox.
- Campaign links, tracking, and seed-list delivery are tested before an approved live send.
- Actual costs, changes, test evidence, operating instructions, and outstanding issues are documented.
- The applicant demonstrates the complete journey and hands over maintainable work.
Honest experience, clear responsibility
Please write your application answers in your own words without generative AI or third-party drafting. Distinguish paid client work, employment work, team contributions, training, and practice projects. Disclose AI, templates, tutorials, and other assistance used on previous projects.
If you have not implemented a feature, say so. During the trial, any AI use must follow the agreed rules; you remain responsible for understanding and testing your work.
Never submit passwords, API keys, payment card credentials, or unredacted customer records. Private projects may be demonstrated with permission or through redacted evidence.
